Do you offer estimates or quotes before carrying out the work?
Absolutely we do! We will provide you with upfront estimates on the information you have provided us with. After an on-site assessment of the vehicle we will confirm a final quote with you before any work is commenced. We don’t have any hidden fees, just clear and honest pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer emergency or same-day services?
Yes, we may offer same-day and emergency services whenever possible. Our availability all depends on your location and the nature of your issue. We highly recommend calling us if you require any same-day/emergency work and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
What areas do you service?
We proudly service most north to north-east suburbs of Melbourne. If you’re just outside of our regular service area please feel free to get in-touch, we may still be able to accommodate you or provide the best alternative. Please see this map of the area we serve.
What are your operating hours?
Our standard operating hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturdays. However, we may offer after-hour services depending on availability. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to check our availability or to schedule an after-hours appointment.
Do I have to be present for the duration of the repair?
No, you don’t need to be present for the entire service. We ask that you make yourself available at the beginning to hand over your keys and discuss with us any concerns you may have for us to look at, and at the end of the service for a final run-through of the work completed and give you a copy of the report. Many customers choose to go about their day while we tend to their vehicles.
How do I book an appointment?
You can make an appointment by either going to our contact page and sending through an enquiry with your preferred date and time you would like the work to be completed or by calling our number for the more urgent matters that may need tending to as soon as possible.

After making an enquiry/booking either by phone or online we then come directly to your location. We can service or diagnose and potentially repair your vehicle on the spot, offering a very convenient option for those with a busy schedule.
